Purchase Order Terms and Conditions
1.
CANCELLATION
The company (Aggreko) reserves the
right to cancel this Purchase Order in total or any portion
thereof, if delivery is not made within the period stipulated and,
if necessary, to re-order elsewhere and to debit the original
vendor with any additional costs involved.
2. ALTERATIONS OR ADDITIONS
TO THIS PURCHASE ORDER
Any alterations in quantity or
specification to this Purchase Order must be covered by a written
Purchase Order Amendment. Failure to obtain a Purchase Order
Amendment for any change in the original Purchase Order may
prejudice payment for the supply of any additional goods or
services.
3. QUALITY
All goods shall be subject to
inspection upon receipt and will be returned for full credit at the
vendor's cost if they are not in accordance with the Purchase
Order.
4. PRICE
The price or prices given on the
Purchase Order shall be final and not subject to any fluctuation.
Any change in price shall not be accepted unless covered by a
Purchase Order Amendment.
5. PAYMENT TERMS &
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Your agreement to fill this order
in full or part indicates your acceptance of our tranding terms of
45 days from end of month of invoice and our Purchase Order Terms
and Condidtions in full.
6. CARRIAGE
Carriage to be paid by you to our
delivery address unless otherwise stated.
7. INVOICES
An invoice detailing the Purchase
Order Number, including a description of the goods, must be
rendered within 7 days of despatch to ensure prompt payment.
